Lockpicking in this game has issues both on console and on pc.

On consoles, it's very hard to move the lockpick to the correct spot with extreme precision.

On PC, you only have one lock turning SPEED. You don't have the console's anolog sticks.

It's easier to break lockpicks if you can only turn at full speed.

Is there any way to mod this?

I was thinking, if you could hold ALT (the walk/run key) (ALT for me, SHIFT is default? can't remember) to make the lock turn at a slow speed, thatd be cool.

While I am a modder myself, this is the type of mod that I have no experience in. Ergo, here I am requesting it!

I noticed that as well, esp on expert and above locks.. makes my lockpicks look like they were made of tin / thin glass

a fix would be appreciated.. dont know what they did to the input mechanics... this system worked fine in fallout I never lost a lock pick in that game

yea it would be cool and useful imho
