The removal of a single image of a naked woman on the cover of a magazine that appears to be akin to supermarket tabloids (that I'd never even heard of before until today, BTW) isn't progress of any kind. It does not help women or anyone else in any way. How could it? Nudity until itself isn't evil. What are we when we take a shower? Naked. What are we when we're born? Naked. What are we when we're having six? Naked. These are all natural things, and even though it may be polite and practical to cover oneself, that doesn't mean that seeing a nipble or butt crack or patch of pubic hair or even a completely exposed set of genitalia is anything to freak out about. Yes, it may be disgusting to see two fat people having six. But unless they're out in public, everyone needs to leave them be. And if they do it out in public, they need to be told to stop, not treated like scum.
