So I'm currently at the point in the story where the Resistance wants to relocate (to subway town I assume) and told me to finish any business I had before leaving. Will I be able to return to Wellspring after the move?


Also, if I'm not able to go back. Is there a Sewer entrance in the new area as well?

In case you didn't figure it out (it took me a little while to realize it), but here's a completely spoiler-free explanation of how to return: when you get to the new area, turn around. In the exact place where you start out in the new area, you just have to look in the opposite direction of where you were looking to make it clear how to get back.
