I left Hagar Settlement to Subway Town, I still have things to finish in the area around Hagar Settlement, how do I get back from Subway town?

Go to the resistance base under the garage. Go to the center of the resistance room, and look to your right. There should be a small hallway, with a guy at the end of it. Talk to this guy - he will let you travel back to wellspring for free.
