I sold all my crytals so no I don't have the 20 needed for the guy in the bar. I can't find more that 4 so I can't do the finally? any ideas?

After activating this "quest" Rage should come up with a minigame from time to time when you're driving through the wasteland to collect feltrite meteors falling from the sky with your buggy.
So just get into your car and drive around the wasteland.

If you really want to complete the third degib upgrade, try this:

You still need to talk to the guy in the bar (can't remember his name but he is sitting at the bar next to Sally). If you leave straight from there and head back to the southern wasteland to the open area before heading to Hagar Territory, you will get a massive feltrite meteor fall which also produces quite a few bandit spans racing you for them. Some days I have gotten 10 or 12, others 14/15 and up. Just depends.

If you still don't have enough for the 20, you will get some more in Subway town.

Once you complete your 20 requirement, go BACK to Wellspring via the balloon in the Resistance base and complete the transaction then.
