I have sound but no voices. Whenever there is a dialog just loud static, yet the music and sound effects seem to play fine. Anyone else have this problem or a possible solution?

Anyone else have this problem? anyone knows a fix? its getting pretty annoying that both Visuals and audio are [censored] ... what the [censored] is working in this game lol.
