Just like me, others couldnt proceed when finishing Mutant bash tv becuase it crashed when loading at end of the level.
i had a clean install of Good Rage driver, so i installed the battlefield 3 preview driver over it and loaded game and it worked and got further.
so install that and maby afterward return to rage driver.

Funny thing tho is when i have battlefield 3 driver installed, i have no artifects or weird texture thing besides the slow loading of the textures that complete mess up my game, but framerate is horrible, barely playable because of the stuttering screen, and delay in speech of NPC
but when i have rage driver installed it plays really smooth no hickups or what ever, but i do have lots of artifacts etc.

SO they have to make a patch with both combined or something.

Dont know if this was already out, but maby helpfull for some
