Is it possible to return the game?

I've never even considered this in the past... but frankly, under the current conditions it's unplayable. I'm not going to go into great detail... all I want to know is can I get my 60 bucks back?

I purchased on Steam, whom do I speak with?

Most retailers will not accept opened games for a monetary refund, at most they will replace it with the same game.

well you have to open a ticket with them then, not sure how much luck people have had trying to get refunds.

I've heard of some people getting steam refunds. There's no guarantee but you can try. If you'd just hold off 1 or 2 more days I'm pretty certain this is all going to be fixed. For both AMD and Nvidia owners. Plus the 64bit.exe is also on its way which will make the game perform even that little extra bit better on top of the drivers and game patch that is also coming.

Like others have said. Go to the steam support site, make an account and put in a ticket. I got a one-time steam wallet credit for my $60 purchase.

Also inb4 lock.

This is matter for you to discuss with your retailer (or Steam).
