If all the mods do is delete and lock everything, what is the point?

BRB making a Cheats, Hints, and Spoilers section but not allowing Cheats, Hints, or Spoilers.

They don't delete and lock everything. We have several threads on topics such as spells, perks, werewolves, and vampires that are thriving.

Just be sure to follow the rules and don't duplicate already existing threads.

we tread carefully.. do ask they ask, then they "change the rules" but leave this section open and we are suposed to not spoil in a spoilin' section.. we US didnt leak.. we appreciate bethesda.. the wait is tough, if we wish to spoil between ourselves is that not right?

Everything open right now has no new information or anything juicy. It's just a bunch of speculation and questions.

Whether you like the content is irrelevant. There is content.

And the perk threads are not speculation.

i hate to tell you but this threat will most probably get locked/deleted too since you cant discuss the mods and what they do..and since its not really about skyrim..

yep all the juicy stuff is totally removed, come 11.11.11 it wont matter, but if we are allowed to spoil here, why delete and lock stuff. ive been here awhile, i see all the good stuff being locked, unless they change the main rules then we arent doing anything wrong.

They do allow cheats, hints, or spoilers. There's only one thing in particular they don't allow. Which it is abundantly clear is the only thing you care to discuss.

I'm not a devoted fan. I only decided to buy the game a few days ago because I hate Oblivion. Fallout 3 left me unimpressed as well.

i read the "rules".. as long as we dont dicuss leaky leak leaks, we "(MAY) talk about the game stuff without mentioning links etc etc.. am i wrong here?
i for one havent ruined the game for anyone, ive taken in alot of stuff, but i only reveal small facetts of info i deem nessessary to a spoilers thread. even then i gotta think of what to actually spoil.
not much to spoil anyways, the guy ran around whiterun* and did sum smithing' small quests etc, saw a dragon, was totally incompitent. i over heard "milk drinker" as i guess sum kind of insult.

not much else really. it was good, but it didnt kill the experience for me for when i get the game on the 11th!! good. im glad sum of the game felt fo3'ish... like the slow kills..

Do you not see how many open threads we have with info clearly taken from people with leaked copies? The mods allows discussion of certain things under certain guidelines.

Can someone pm me a link with a forum where you can talk about spoilers in skyrim without being deleted?

Judging by the number of open and active threads in this sub-forum, I think it's fairly obvious that we don't lock and delete everything... :b

We opened up the Spoilers section because there was a lot of stuff getting posted in Skyrim General that people didn't want spoiled for them. You can still post spoilers in this section, and we won't lock them for that alone. (Though, obviously - considering the game's not out yet, there's only going to be so much here.)

What we aren't allowing at this time is any discussion pertaining to the leaked footage. For clarification, here's our Admin's final word on that (from the pinned thread at the top of this sub-forum)
