» Mon May 14, 2012 12:34 pm I am aware how fledgling my character is; level 11 mid range weapons armour and short selection of magic but since widening my gaze past the safety and ease of whiterun and the nearby surrounding areas the game has become literally unplayable, no matter where I now go or how I approach a situation I'm always attacked and easily beaten by even the most basic of enemies, I've no disease or powers weakening me. My weapons do little damage, light and hard swings do little damage, never stumbling or lowering an enemies defences & magic seems pointless due to it's weak effect, did everyone super level up over night and forget to send me the memo?
This evening I've packed the game away and pretty much given up after being killed out right by only two iron arrows from an Orc, then by a few bites from 2 wolfs, and several stupidly difficult deaths by a random street brawl with 2 amature Mage's? Where did I go wrong, i've previously taken down 3 Dragons?
Even using the wearwolf power does nothing, I was even killed mid transformation by another wolf, which as well as being annoying was kinda cool, as it left me with a half transformed wolf-lizard corpse with armour & a helmet sticking out of my hips arms and legs!
I've gone from loving this world to hating it and the difficulty is only set to Adept?
I don't expect the game to be easy but it's gotten so silly I'm terrified by the idea that I'm going to be taken out by those nasty little bunny rabbits next!
Where did I go wrong?
