I can't turn in the quest: Proving Honor. I went into the dungeon and collected the artifact now my next objective is to return to Jorrvasr. When I get there nothing happens. The quest mark leads to Skjor. Bur Skjor is dead because he died in the quest after turning werewolf. So it seems i can't continue the quests for the companions. Does anybody know how to fix this major problem? (interacting woth the dead body doesn't do the trick)

I'm having trouble getting out of the crypt, picked the artifact up, but can't get out of the crypt, how do you get out?
I picked lock on artifact room door retraced back to werewolf room but both gates are down and lever is stuck to open gate?
Artifact room has stairs up to a landing were a crypt is that looks like a passage behind but can't open it??
How did you escape?

I just get out the way I entered. When I went back both gates were raised.

First time through the fire dragon shout wasn't active, went all the way back to the crypt door that requires a load, turned round back through the door (another load) got to artifact room dragon fire shout active this time, took the artifact, up the stairs to the small landing and the hidden passage behind the upright crypt against the wall (there is 3) crouch and face the middle standing crypt use spark or I presume attack of any kind (detect lights up) and a Draugr will burst through opening the passage up to leave the crypt, took 2 Draugr to open the passage up.

Seemed to have helped me up to now!

Reviving Skjor doens't seem to work either. It seems like I got a big problem here.
