I'm playing through the game very early on, just had my first class at the collage of winterhold, i leave to go dragon hunting, and when i cast a spell the blue bar don't come up and it seems i can use a spell constantly, seems something happened to give me instantaneous mana regeneration.

some random gut gave me something as i walked into the collage not sure if it that? or a glitch or what, but it will make the game far to easy. i want it back they way it meant to be.

Please someone help.
