I'm up to the part in the main quest where you have to unite the Stormcloaks and the Imperials. I've already got the Imperials to agree but I talked to Ulfric and joined the Stormcloaks, an now he says: "Talk to Galmar, he has a task". But whenever I talk to him all he says is: "I don't know how you convinced Ulfric to talk to the Empire, worse than a waste of time if you ask me!" and it just keeps repeating. No different dialogue options at all, just te same thing over an over.

Help please?!

EDIT: I also tried: Reloading, going to jail, turning the console off and on again, tried doing another quest and coming back, I even waited 72 hours and it didn't work
