This game seems to suffer from the same issue New Vegas did when released, it doesn't use nearly the full power of my video card. My typical load is 30-60%...usually below 50. ATI 6970 latest drivers, tried the 11.9 also. The game runs poorly, as one would expect with a normal load of 30%.
