Are you taking suggestions at all?

I can't see a suggestion forum, so I don't rightly know if you're open to them, or even if you would attempt to implement them in later patches.

If you are open to them, I have a few suggestions that I hope could be considered, although I do consider these all as extra options not outright replacements for existing command/controls:

1. Add a permanent viewpoint selection option to the game settings (off/always first/always third) - personally, I hate first person viewpoint because my normal eyesight is nowhere near as restricted as FPS games run, my peripheral vision runs to more or less 180 degrees and I just feel like I'm being blind-sided all the time. Adding this option as a permanent switch means you free up another in game "key", leading onto...

2. Making "R3" a lock-on function - I'm really enjoying the game so far, the setting and the character options, but I'm really getting wound up in combat and, tonight, I've just quit the game in frustration. To me, combat should feel like I'm dictating the flow, not fighting the controller to keep my weapon trained on the enemy; the amount of times I've started swinging away only to find the enemy has moved to my left and I'm still attacking to the right, usually ending up with the enemy behind me and then I have to faff around spinning the camera (and myself) back onto the enemy. Most of the time, it feels more like luck than an achievement when I've won a fight.

3. Left/Right Favourites - these really would work better if they were specific to the left/right hands, with the option to load up a limited selection (say 5 tops) of items/skills/spells that you could cycle through in real-time taps, or press and hold to pop up a short list to pick from. I've been trying to use it to bring up a spell on left and then switch back to my shield on right, but I often find I either double-tap by accident, or there's a slight lag, or just plain can't tell if my shield has been swapped out; I then end up with spells in both hands and no defence, or weapons, in the middle of a fight.

I'll repeat, for clarification, I'm only suggesting these as extra options that could be offered.

I'm sure some people will want to come in here and have a go at me for not "getting" the game, to them I say: this is a single player game, adding in these options does not hurt you but it would make the game a whole lot more enjoyable for me. I've paid my money for the game and, right now, I'm seriously debating going back to Dark Souls because I know if I screw up in that game it's my own fault, whereas here I feel like the game is against me.
