In 4-6 years, The Elder Scrolls VI will be released. I am confident that, given the massive leap from Morrowind/Oblivion in Skyrim, it will be epic, dynamic, immersive, and addicting.
I do not care about The Elder Scrolls: Online, because it will not interrupt the development of single-player titles in the slightest.
I do not care about The Elder Scrolls: Online, because it does not concern me. The only fans it concerns at the moment are those who have been awaiting an MMO, and are wary not because of what the MMO will do to the franchise, but because the MMO will be a flop. Even still, the amount of speculation and jumped conclusions among that population is quite shocking.
There really shouldn't be threads judging whether or not the MMO will be good, because we don't know a fraction of the amount of knowledge we need to judge the game.
Unless you were looking forward to the MMO and are worried about it, or have some infatuation with some 50-100 years of Second Era lore, then you really don't have a reason to complain, because it won't affect you for the same reason I don't judge the first Star Wars movies off of the Force Unleashed II.
