Where is my Dragon Soul?

Just killed my second dragon. I absorbed his soul but now i want to use it on a shout but he keeps on telling that i need a dragon soul but just collected one.......A bug?

Ow already solved....after 10 stept walking away from the skull the soul is added.

I have a similar problem it says I have absorbed the dragon's soul but I cannot use it on my shouts that I want to learn. It keeps on replying I need a dragon soul but I killed already 4 dragons and nothing.... :(
