So, i play ESDF instead of WASD
Now i have the following problems:
1. The bottom screen tips show the old key (standard bindings), ok not that much of a deal, if there wasnt this weird thing that E is not always E, for example, if i forge a weapon toolip says E and its R, as i mapped it, but if i tamper a weapon it also says E but then it's Q
2. I can not find ANY key that will add weapons to my favorites, wich makes playing quite a pain in the butt, since i'm an archer, the tooltip says it's F, i remapped it to T, and neither of them work

and is there even a possibility to map weapons/items to keys? or do i have to open the items screen all the time? i desperatly need sth like melee 1 bow 2 potion 3 etc.

I play ESDF, and am having the exact same problems. I can't favorite weapons. Tooltip at the the bottom shows f (not q, what I mapped it to) but neither actually. Freaking really? In 2011?

To assign them to the numeric buttons like that - first select them as favorites - then open the q menu and highlight the weapon and press the key you want it mapped to (ie. select melee wepon and press 1 - select bow and press 2 - etc. then you can use those numbers to equip them ( problem is not sure how you can do that if the favorites button is not mapped.

well looks like i have to plug in my 360 pad, favorite them, and then map them... do'h, well at least there is a way
