Soooo, the path a took from Whiterun to Windhelm and the zoomed in view (square) of the map does not show that. Not too much of a tragedy in this instance, but if I take a path in the woods and find a magical treasure but can't carry it all and then can't find it again due to my map not showing it, well... there will be blood!
