baby their is no such thing as "bad" publicity

hate it or love you want to know more about it

That tired cliche is proven wrong many times. I'm pretty sure ZOS dont like this bad publicity especially as it comes from the very fans they are trying to keep.

You should ask Bioware and EA their opinion on that. See if the bad press from DA2 and ME3 doesn't effect their future sales.
