hello fellow skyrimmers!

everywhere around where I live is sold out of skyrim strategy guides... So I need forum help now!

Here's what I want to know: When blocking with a 2 handed weapon such as a greatsword, how much do you block by? how does it work?-it can't be as good as an actual shield, can it? If I use 2h weapons, can the block be upgraded through the block skill?

This is so freaky I was just about to start a thread about this, obviously some perks say shield so they are probably out but even the first perk would help me as I find the block weak at the mo.
Maybe some of you have tried perks from block with 2 handed and know what works and what doesn't?

The block % and bash perks in the block tree work while using a 2h; deflect arrows, elemental shielding, and shield charge obviously do not. The block tree is pretty important for those with the capability of blocking since bash is absolutely key.
