Game an Quest Problems : V

Problem #1
Those of you having problems with the game not loading when inserted into the xbox is mostly the new disc format. From what I hear apparently the older models of the xbox360(The white big ones) Are having issue with the discs and not reading properly but its only with Skyrim. I don't know if anyone else has heard about this or is it just with the xbox software itself and hopefully the up coming system update and the new dashboard will fix this problem with the game.

Problem #2
Is anyone else having a problem with their character walking and stoping? I'll be walking,sprinting, or even riding my horse and then I stop like there is a force field in front of me and I can't go forward and then it magically lets me go forward on to where I was going.

Quest Problems
-Diplomatic Immunity quest
Everytime I do this quest it always seems to glitch out and I dont get none of my equipment back. I know there is a lot of problems with this quest and I find weird that a great game like this has so many problems.

-Help Selveni Nethri escape the cave
Yeah, I went around and killed everything in that cave and made it safe for her to travel and get out the cave. Problem is, She doesnt leave!! She's stuck in the cave and will not warp outside when your character leaves out the cave. Once you go back in, You'll notice she is still trying to walk out of it into a wall.

Could you possible get this problems fixes ASAP please? I'll report and edit this post if I find more Problems with quests that need to be fixed.

Yup i have the selveni nethri bug where she won't leave. Bethesda will not get a patch out for about 2 weeks at least with microsofts policy so you have bought a broken game like me.

Yeah It's not fun at all. I have so many issues and bugs with mine its really hard to play. It might even be 3 weeks since the new update comes out the 18th for the xbox system update.

I don't think anyone has an answer mate, we just have to wait for bethesda to patch their extremely buggy game. And i am sure they will not patch all the broken quests as there is so many. I really regret pre-ordering now and wish i had waited 2 or 3 months like i thought i should.
