So, is it just me, or does changing the options for shadows and water reflections do nothing? Like, the difference in quality between low setting shadows and ultra setting shadows is almost completely unnoticable. And water seems to reflect nothing no matter which options you have ticked for that.

EDIT: Seems that you can see the reflections in the water...if actually swim right in it. Like your face has to be inches from the water, then all the reflections appear. You can't see them when standing on the bank, but you'll still take an FPS hit when looking down at the water with reflections enabled.
