I was buying a house in Markoth and i said i didn't have the money yet so i went back to buy the house and a diaologue won't even pop up to talk to the guy so i can buy a house? Do you think this is a glitch any suggestians.

Load game, or wait, or fast travel and come back, or sleep, that's all I can think of.

I can't even get the Jarl to offer me a house.
