It's beneficial to me for the emblem to be feathered, so it can go on any background and to be a gif as it is. Of course, in avatar size. I also wouldn't mind the gif being slowed down a bit so people can catch a glimpse of the seal.

I can resize it fine, but the lighting effect darkens the emblem too much to the point where I can't select the background for feathering without removing most of the emblem or most of the frames.
