I have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer.

1. I have read that dragons will be able to attack and destroy (to a certain degree) towns/cities. I am wondering how this will work; are the cities like Oblivion where the game has to load before going inside or are the doors just open for you to walk through with no loading?

2. Regarding clothing, does anyone know if there will be any sort of cloak (like what everyone wears in the Lord of the Rings movies) that the player will be able to wear over armour or clothes?

1. I can't remember what was said on this.
2. There are cloaks but no cloak physics.

Edit: I don't know if it was said they would attack cities or towns. I know the small towns are walk-in.

No cloaks, major cities are separate cells, meaning you do need to load. The smaller settlements however, don't need load times and no one (that I know) knows if they can be physically destroyed by Dragons.

1. Big cities are closed into separate loading screens, Towns, and smaller cities are open. Dragons will be able to 1 do scripted destruction or 2 attack a town killing some NPC and Guards.

2. If they stick to their concept art, then yes Cloaks are in.

I know discussing leaks here isn't allowed so is anyone able to say for SURE that cloaks are in without confirming your source? :P

That's the main thing I was hoping would be added in Skyrim, cloaks.

The small riverside town is not closed in. I assume big cities won't be destroyable, but the smaller settlements will be. There are supposed to be a bunch of little settlements

Yeah, it would be silly if the Stormcloaks were actually wearing capes.

It's rather great that cloaks are in the game, and yes smaller towns are open but the big cities are closed spaces wich load up when u enter them.

As far as destructible environments are concerned, I've heard that they are very limited. So Dragons can attack towns, or attack you in a town, but they won't be able to destroy buildings, statues, etc...

About the cloaks, are they available to the player or is it just special for Ulfric Stormcloak?

Awesome, thanks! Now I won't have to deal with feeling like my character's back is too empty...
