Is enemy level info only for PC players? : V

Is there any way to determine an enemy's level for us xbox and playstation players?
I was just wondering if any magic or perks could do as such...

Enemy level? I didn't see such a thing, perhaps it is a mod.

On pc: open console (~ or ` depending on keyboard) and click on the enemy, then type getlevel
