Enchanting: Robes that come with hoods

There are some robes that come with hoods. When you put them on, they unequip your existing hood. Can you wear a tiara with them? Do you lose an enchanting slot for the head?

You can wear a circlet with them. You can also wear a separate hood or mask.

You can't wear a helmet.

Thank you. Didn't have anything on me to test it out.

I can't wear my apprentice hood without unequiping the robe.

Edit#2, Circlet also unequips the robes. I really hope these take a double enchant or something.

Could someone test a mask with a 1 piece robe+hood to see if it unequips the robe?

I guess it depends on the robe. The Archmage robes I could wear a circlet or mask with. The mask came with a hood of its own. But if I equipped a helmet, the robe would unequip.

Its just disappointing to lose an enchanting slot for nothing.
