I deleted the cache and was wondering if that removed the 1.1 patch on xbox.

Well it depends on how you deleted the cache? Did you use the "overkill delete every damn thing and update" HDD Maintenance option or did you just hold A as the game was loading like we could in Oblivion? If you used the HDD maintenance thing then yeah, your patch should have been deleted.
