it seems that all the npc and my character have this weird sort of white pixelated aurora around them the same thing happens to pretty much everything else. rocks,trees weapons etc.is this the creation engines doing?

Yes I also get this, makes me feel like i'm playing Crackdown 3: Inverted Colours. Beyond a joke.

So is this how the game supposed to look like?.this keeps bothering the crap out of me it's mostly around the color white like snow when you can see it the most.I really hope this is just a texture problem and bethesda will patch it soon because if this is how the creation engine works then thats going to be a problem.

I personally don't think it was intended to be there because it really looks awful. All we can do is hope it can be fixed if it was unintentional.

there's no way it was intentional. I know exactly what you're talking about and I hope they're going to patch it soon. I'm not about to say that it ruins the game for me, but I do realize it's supposed to look much better than that

I really hope they fix this soon because I found this incredibly beautiful ice and snow cave filled with vampires that even though it looked pizelated it was still a gorgeus sight to see.kinda sad that I had to find that cave so early on before the patch hit.how many more caves like that will I find before the patch .and when they do fix this I will be going back to that cave and see how it was suppose to been seen.
