Outside the college of winterhold, the snow totally broke. The snow on the ground was chunky and flashing, the archway that leads into the college had an intangible wall in front of it, and the door to the college had an intangible black tunnel in front of it.

Edit: It was also snowing inside the Hall of Elements a bit.
