Hello all.

When I try to start the game, the menu starts up with the graphics options etc, then when I click "Play".....nothing happens.

Wat do

EDIT: Also forgot to mention...

For some reason Steam attempts to download Direct X EVERY TIME I open the game. I had Direct X already and I even just went and redownloaded it myself to make sure I have it. Steam STILL attempts to download it each time.
