When I initially bought the home I had the option to have the blood stains cleaned as an upgrade. I waited to upgrade the house until I had enough money to purchase all of the upgrades, but when I came back with the money the option to have the blood cleaned was gone. Now I have to live in a murder site.... it svcks.
