I have been wanting to try out a couple of recent mods for Skyrim, only to notice that i can't activate them through the launcher, as you normaly would. It seems that the "Dara Files" button is innactive. Any idea of what is going on?

Some esp files are already in my Data folder.

From nexus forums:

Add this line to SkyrimPrefs.ini under where it says [Launcher]:

bEnableFileSelection=1

have u installed any mods that alter the skyrimprefs.ini file

i did and the same thing happened

the particular mod removed the sections that allowed the data folder

i just copied and added them back in.

if u havent done this then im not sure?

No idea why it wasn't automatically activated though.

Now i can finally enjoy a couple of mods ^^
