I just realized something about TES:O....

Nope wrong, the game was set 1000 years in the past for a reason, so it doesn't and most likley will not effect the current and future TES single player games in any way. NOTHING at all from this mmo will have to influence future TES games in any way. if you think you can see a area of the world 1000 years ago and today nothing has changed ? If you have played any number of TES games , even only since MW ( iv been playing since Arena ) you would know well that they don't let things from past TES games hinder what they want to do in future TES games.

the problem here is that i think the MMO team will shy away from making dangerous decisions. In other words Cyrodiil, wich will be a place with alot of action going on WILL be a standart fantasy setting (wich contradicts the lore) also just to cash in on Oblivion fans.

And probably provinces we havent seen like Black Marsh or Valenwood that have some seriously messed up stuff in them wont come out as mysterious as they used to be in lore due to "technical limitations"
