Ok, so I did the audio fix where you set it to the lower quality, NO CHANGE. I get to the title menu and it crashes to desk top 100% of the time

Just did, no luck.

$60 for the game and $30 for the player guide. I took 2 days off from work, waiting in line at game stop for 2 hours.

Updated all drivers and did a defrag before loading the game.

Load the game (no modifications at all to any files ) ran with LOW settings (and I have a very expensive PC "Predator" )

CTD right as I click on the start game menu.

I am so FREAKING sick and tired of this, this happen with Fall out Vegas and I guess I should have know this would happen with Skyrim.

I have ONLY played Oblivion (almost no other game) for 5 years (would have played fall out Vegas but I cannot as I stated)
and contributed much content in the way of mods, one of my mods was adapted for skyrim Archery.

All the love I had for this game company is being crushed and darkened. I am disappointed and angry, I guess I will have a beer and watch a movie...
