Right first off I sided with the stormcloaks, I got up to "liberate Haafingar" so I went there, killed all the imperials, it said there was none left and to go back to Galmar Stone-Fist, try to speak to him and get the options "what are your reasons for joining the war?" and "what is the aim of this war", can't chose any other option to continue, I've tried reporting back to the Jarl but nothing happens.

So I started again, this time siding with the Imperials. I've gotten up to "regain the rift" and it shows I need to speak to Legate Rikke, but when I try to speak to her the only options I get are "Why do you fight for the Empire?" and "What will it take to end the war" gone through them both a couple of times and nothing further gets added. It's really starting to pee me off now.

I've not really done anything with the main quest, i'm still at "the way of the voice" having to speak to the greybeards, do I need to do more of the main story before it will let me continue further or what?!

Like I saw another guy say, they need to have an option to drop a quest because that usually DOES fix quest bugs. Im stuck on a quest bug too and its irritating. I hope they release this in a DLC and I really wonder why they released the game without that option, its obvious some quests are going to bug..

I agree. A quest reset option would be awesome.

I don't know whether this was a coincidence but I made a different quest my active quest, went to the imperial camp, spoke to her again and it gave me an option to continue!
