I have a GTX 480 with the battlefield 3 beta drivers, i tried forcing vertical sync in the options but i still get massive lines/screen tearing when moving around. Any work around for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found a fix for anyone else lookin for one, go into the nvidia control panel and go to Program settings tab under manage 3d settings, go to Rage.exe and Force VSync ON in that because if you just do a global Force On it doesnt work because its actually set as Force OFF in the program.
