Is there any way to hotkey spells?

I do not use them alot as archer, but whenever i do my bow goes away. Also, i dont really like/understand the favorite system.

Is there any way to hotkey your spells with 1-9 like in oblivion?

yes you can ,

on your favorite menu , when u highlight any spell/weapon click any key and it will be the hotkey for it
