Why won't he sell to me?

So, i've been looking for Daedra hearts and i heard that Enthir sells them, funny thing is is that, he won't sell to me at all. What's the reason for this?

man i have that same problem, and i been waiting for days, i left and came back like a game month later he never sells all i can say is "what is not allowed here" i even did a quest involving here still he won't sell idk what to do.

Do you mean he doesn't stock deadra hearts? or that he refuses to sell to you at all?

He refuses to even sell to me, all i can talk to him about is Whats not allowed or somthing.
