Both toddtest and testinghall do nothing. It enters as in you typed in the command right but you dont go anywhere?

What am I doing wrong?

They might not exist. I know in oblivion it was like "coc testinghall". But there's no reason to think that there is such a thing in this game.

IN oblivion teleporting to a cell used the command coc - ie. coc toddtest

However theres no guarantee Skyrim has the equivalent testing cells as Oblivion

I guess not. I can teleport to towns but no testinghall hmm kinda svcks. Or we dont know the commands yet.
