A few bugs I've noticed in my game:

1) The standing stones count is bugged. I noticed that I got the achievement for finding all 13 stones even though I haven't found all of them yet, and when I checked my general stats it said I had found 14 (!) of them. I think somewhere along the line the stones are getting counted more than once. I haven't checked the count again, so it could be higher now as I've discovered more stones since then.

2) Skjor is alive again. I've finished the Companions quest line, during which he dies, but today I noticed him back at Jorrvaskr without explanation or comment.

3) The Nchuand-Zel expedition members' journals are all duplicated. I got one copy for picking up the actual journal, and the game added a second copy of each to my inventory when I examined their owners' bodies.

4) Not all of my quest markers are appearing when I turn them on. Or rather, I can see all of them on the map just fine, but some of them don't appear in regular play.

5) In my favorites list, the Fire Breath shout has a 1 in front of it, so that it appears in the list as "1. Fire Breath". This doesn't happen with any of my other favorites.
