Does anybody here like Mad Men? There's a new episode on tonight too, for Season 5. Who else likes it, and was planning on watching the new episode?

Mad Men is a show set during the 1960s, about an advertising agency and the people involved. All of the characters are complex and simultaneously like-able and un-likeable. Don Draqer for example, is cool, but morally bankrupt. I do wish there was at least one decent person, though. It's a shame that they all have to be portrayed as having such rough, questionable lives, when nicer people existed then too.

I give it 4 cigarettes out of 5.

It gets a bit too silly/overdramatic/convoluted at times, but the characters are mostly solid and some of them are extremely likeable. You want to find out what happens to them.

I wondered what had happened to MM. Good to know it's still around, and that I'll get to watch it a few months from now.

I like that they smoke, drink and screw all the time. Political incorrectness at its best.

More of that, please.

I've watched the first 3 or so episodes, I think once I get properly into it I'll really enjoy it, I certainly love the time period.

I would turn for Betty Draqer.

I got bored a few episodes into season 4. It was good up until then, but I can't say I intend to watch it again.

I would turn for Don.

I don't have to turn for Don.
