So as many some of you might know the EscapistMagazine.com has there own version of March Madness, that caters more towards the nerds of the world. Brackets are available now http://www.escapistmagazine.com/tournaments/main/6 and voting begins on the 8th.

We always have a thread for this event so I figured it was time for this year's edition. Go on, discuss your picks and what not.

Figured I'd bump this and let you guys know voting has started. Bethesda is winning their round by a landslide at the moment but you should still go support them, especially when it comes time for them to (most likely) face Valve.

Beth actually has a really strong chance to win this year considering the recent and wildly popular release of Skyrim, so this should be interesting to watch. Yea I already put my votes in for the first round. I hope Bethesda wins but I wouldn't be shocked either way.

That forum has a thread for every round, with poll results up the top of each that tell you the current tally.

In regards to Bethesda, I've seen a lot of people around the Escapist saying they think Bethesda will win or have them winning in their brackets. It's probably going to be Bioware vs. Bethesda in the end, in my opinion - if Beth can beat Valve. Considering how much hate Bioware has been getting about ME3 lately, I can definitely see Bethesda taking the win.

Anyway, I think it's going to be really tough. It's a shame Bethesda and Obsidian are in different divisions. I would have loved to see the results of that round. (Though I'm fairly certain Bethesda will win).

Round 3 is live and Obsidian and Nintendo are neck and neck - literally, Nintendo is winning by about 30 votes at the moment. If you liked New Vegas, I'd go vote for them now. Would be nice to seem the win over a huge company like Nintendo what with Obsidian's recent lay offs, etc.

As for my bracket, well it fell off in the second round, I'm now completely out of it.

Nintendo is winning by a bit now. Still very close, but enough that I think they'll take the victory. I really wanted Obsidian to win.

As for my bracket, I'm doing pretty well (tied sixth with many others) but I think after this round I'll drop quite a bit. Damn Double Fine and Nintendo for screwing up my bracket.

I hate to be "that guy" and bump this, but this is it guys! Bethesda vs. Valve, semi-finals - and Valve has taken an early but small lead (as in less than a percentage). This is the big leagues now, and it could go either way so you definitely need to go over and show your support - you do want Bethesda to win, don't you? If Bethesda can make it into the finals, I'm almost positive they can beat Bioware/Mojang, whoever wins out of that round. Valve is really the biggest threat.

I personally have spent more hours enjoying games by Valve.

Yeah Valve gave me Half Life and TF2...so they get my vote.
