Myself, on the PC, and a friend on the console started out with similar looks/beginnings and load outs/play-styles and of coarse were bosmers just to see how the different systems would make even two similar beginnings different.
So far it's differed a little but not that much. I noticed Skyrim uses different points for random events that can be manipulated by a user saving and reloading. That's not a bug though, just a notice.
The bug is in Animal Control. It seems if you have an ally or companion with you and you use animal control on something it'll not attack you but will attack your ally or comp instead of any hostile enemies weirdly.
This occurred in a cave with a bear who decided to attack the temporary companion and kill them instead of the hostile spriggan.
Hope this gets fixed otherwise the skill is a little less useful.
