Death penaltys please

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 6:19 pm

I usually don't make threads like these, but I am desperate to see this for skyrim

something to take gold, armor, stats, ect, ect, when we get chilled in game

something to make the player fear death, and use whatever to stay alive, instead of, darn- reload- try again

I know this is probably a waste of space on the internet but its worth a word to mention the idea

I just don't want to wade through two years of chainmail bikini mods until someone makes it

thank you peace

I don't see how that would be possible, this game doesn't treat death like WoW does, you don't respawn, you HAVE to reload from a previous save. Maybe that's just me being unimaginative, but I wouldn't hold my breath for this.

Actually Arwen figured out a way to do it in FO3. It basically simulated getting knocked out and looted. I personally just need gold to be droppable. I then create a shrine, wishing well, whatever in game and drop gold into it every time I die. That is if I'm not playing Dead is Dead^^

Death penalty as a concept is super important and so far undeveloped by Bethesda. I personally think you should lose experience / level progression when you die.

yea, another modder has made one for FONV, which I have been testing for him and it works really well

I ask him to make one for skyrim, but alas he is only a fallout fan

Vini, that shrine thing is a great idea I think I will try that for a while
