Just wondering.

Sometimes, I see a locked topic and automatically think the person was trying to cause a fuss.....and I just shake my head.

Most of the time though, I notice the topic first which gives me a better idea of whether or not the person was trying to troll a forum.

Sometimes I do, I usually read them then deduct why they were locked, sometimes spam advertising other times the original post's question was answered.
Speaking of which...

This isn't a particularly appropriate topic for the forums. A general discussion of the rules is fine, but something like this is not.
