I know that the new games these days are made for people that have big TVs so the ratio or whatever for text is like that. But then again you have people like me that still has those lame tubed TVs and is 27", which in all reality is a good sized TV for a bedroom, which is where mine is at. But the thing is the text for the game is WAY to small, not only that the text goes out of the TV screen, like when it says that an item doesn't work or you need an item to use it (which is at the top left screen), well half of the text that would see isn't even in the screen. I know for a fact that the Xbox 360 can read what size of TV screen your TV is from the A/V cables and whatnot, well if you could do a patch that would make text, etc., look bigger or more reasonable for the certain screen size you have (27" for me), that would be awesome, plus where the text is actually on the screen instead of half on the TV and the rest isn't even there on the screen.
Such as the HUD Opacity, where you can have the HUD more see-thru or not even there, it would have a similar function to make text bigger or smaller, and maybe the overall ratio better so text is actually on the screen instead of half of it is off the screen. Comcast has a similar function, from the pointer buttons on the remote you can change the ratio or whatever so the screen is more align or if text is somewhat off the screen you can move it so it's back onto the screen on your TV.
Oblivion did not have this problem, the text was actually see-able and on the screen.
Example: when I go into my items screen, where is says appeal, weapons, etc.; almost every word, such as appeal, weapons, etc., it says instead peal, eapons, etc., you can't see it because it's off the screen, that's what I mean.
If something that could fix this, would be greatly appreciated for us people that play video games still on Tubed TVs and/or small TVs.
