Has anyone else noticed this?

If I fast travel to a location it shows "Autosaving..." in the top right corner but if I die after venturing on from that point it doesn't load me back to the place I fast travelled to. Instead it loads the save file prior to that and the autosave from the fast travel isn't listed in the Load menu.

That's the point, it saves before you travel in case you appear in a group of enemies, it's basically so can go back if you get messed up after fast-travelling.
