I have cables run from the PC room to the living room TV. HDMI and a chain of USB hubs. The result is I can play games (and stream media) to my HDTV and Home Cinema system.

However I can only manage to do it with Skyrim if I duplicate my monitors, as I can't seem to find a way to get Skyrim to launch onto the second monitor. If I duplicate I get quite bad tearing.
